1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Valid proof is provided (unboxing video or clear images)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance (unless damaged)

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photo/video proof

Once approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Do not ship products back without approval

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Approved returns (damaged/incorrect items)
  • Orders canceled before shipping
  • Orders canceled by us

Refund Method:

By Customer:

By Biosyntra:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment issues
  • Product unavailability

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is our fault

6. International Orders

For international orders:

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions
  • Returns due to customs rejection or refusal will not be accepted

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account restriction
  • We reserve the right to submit transaction and delivery proof to payment providers
