Refund & Returns

Every Biosyntra order is placed and fulfilled on Amazon, so returns follow Amazon’s returns process.

Where you bought matters

Biosyntra products are sold through our Amazon storefront. Orders, shipping, tracking, returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under the Amazon Returns Policy. This website does not take payments and cannot process a refund directly.

How to return an order

  1. Open Your Orders in your Amazon account.
  2. Select the Biosyntra order and choose Return or replace items.
  3. Pick a reason, print the label and send the item back within Amazon’s return window (normally 30 days from delivery).

Amazon issues the refund to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Start the return on Amazon and also email us at info@biosyntra.com with your order number and a photo. We will follow it up with our fulfilment team so it does not happen again.

Health and safety exclusions

Because these are ingestible health products, opened or used items may not be resellable and Amazon may limit or refuse a refund on them. Unopened items in original packaging are the most straightforward to return.

Subscriptions

If you ordered via Subscribe & Save, manage or cancel future deliveries in your Amazon account before the next dispatch date.
